Life happens! We provide lesson materials and catch-up support for missed sessions. Live classes are not recorded.
Just a computer (Windows, Mac, or Chromebook) with internet access and a webcam/microphone for live classes. All software we use is free - we'll help you set everything up.
That's why the first class is free: families can decide before paying. Once the first paid class has begun, program fees are non-refundable if a student withdraws, misses a class, or cannot attend. If we cancel the remainder of the program and do not provide a replacement, we refund the amount paid for the classes we do not provide. Statutory consumer rights still apply.
